Privacy Policy
ThePyroZone builds privacy-focused tools for gamers. Our default position is simple: if a feature can work locally, it should stay local. We do not use our apps as a way to collect account records, personal game data, or background analytics.
The short version
Our apps do not collect or transmit your private account records, vault contents, usernames, passwords, notes, or gaming account data. Activation is used only to confirm that your license is valid and that your copy of the app is authentic.
What activation records
When you activate a product, the activation server may record the following license-related information:
- License key submitted during activation
- Product name, product slug, and app ID
- A randomly generated install ID for that device
- App version
- Activation date, last-seen date, and license status
- An optional display name if you choose to enter one
What we do not collect
- No Advanced Account Manager vault records
- No gaming account credentials, usernames, passwords, platform IDs, or private notes
- No Pyromatic action sequences or controller usage history
- No telemetry, analytics, background reporting, or hidden usage tracking
- No payment card details — payments are processed by Stripe, not by us
Local storage
Advanced Account Manager stores vault data in the folder you choose and encrypts it with your vault password and recovery key. We cannot recover your vault if you lose both. Pyromatic stores its activation state and configuration locally under your Windows user profile so activation can persist across app launches and ordinary reinstalls.
Purchases
Marketplace orders are fulfilled using only the details needed to complete the order and provide support (for example, the account or service you selected). Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Downloads and checksums
We publish installers and checksum files so users can verify they are downloading from the official site. Download only from thepyrozone.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page will be updated with a new date. Material changes will be written in plain language.
Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of ThePyroZone software, downloads, license keys, purchases, and related support. They are written to be direct on purpose: use the tools responsibly, do not redistribute them, and keep your own local data backed up.
Your license
A license gives you permission to install and use the specific product it was issued for. License keys are product-scoped, personal, and non-transferable unless we give written permission.
You may
- Install and use your licensed product on the device or device count allowed by your license
- Use the software for your own gaming workflow, account organization, or automation setup
- Request support, report bugs, and suggest improvements
You may not
- Share, resell, leak, repackage, or redistribute our software or license keys
- Reverse engineer, modify, or bypass the activation system
- Claim our software, branding, installers, scripts, or assets as your own
- Use our tools to harass, exploit, damage, or interfere with other users, platforms, or services
Game and platform rules
You are responsible for how you use our tools with third-party games, platforms, and services. We cannot control or guarantee how a game, platform, anti-cheat system, marketplace, or service provider will treat your use of any tool.
Local data responsibility
For tools that store data locally, you are responsible for your passwords, recovery keys, backups, and device security. We cannot recover local encrypted data that we never had access to.
Refunds and digital delivery
Digital products are generally final once delivered or activated. If something does not work as described, contact support and we will make a reasonable effort to help.
Revocation
We may revoke licenses used for abuse, redistribution, resale, activation bypass attempts, or other behavior that violates these terms.
Limit of responsibility
Our tools are provided as software tools. We build carefully, but we are not responsible for account actions, platform restrictions, bans, lost local data, or other outcomes caused by how a user chooses to use the tools with third-party services.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
